WELCOME TO THE FIRST ANNUAL TRI HARD TRIATHLON!
We hope everything on this website gives you all the information you will need for the TRI HARD Triathlon!
When:
Sunday July 22, 2007---Start 9 am Sharp
(Athletes should
arrive atleast an hour to half hour before the event starts to get body marking)
Where:
Rockford College Gymnasium, 5050 East State Street, Rockford IL, 61108
Events:
200 Meter Swim through the pool
5 Mile bike ride through the scenic campus of Rockford College: 3 laps
1.5 Mile run through the same route as the bike ride: 1 lap
TIMES WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED FOR TRAFFIC STOPS
Swim Times:
Every 15-seconds an athlete will enter the pool and set off for their swim.
How Timing Will Work:
Overall time minus your start time
Example: Athlete 1 started at 2 minutes. His/Her overall time was 1 hour. His/Her finishing time will be 58 min
Registration:
Fee is $15
The first 50 participants will be accepted. Anyone after that can not participate in the Triathlon.

Packet Pick-UP:
Upon checking in you will recieve a Race Packet with your number, pins, t-shirt, map(s), you
will also be marked during this time.
Packet Pick Up time starts at 7:30 am
Registration will end at 8:45

Post Race:
